Light Denim Ripped Skinny Jeans
Light Denim Ripped Skinny Jeans. These jeans are in a classic skinny fit with 5 pockets, a high waist, and a zip and button closure and with added interest provided by the rips and the light denim color. We show them here with our black shirt with golden shiny feather print and our black boots with rope detail side, which are both sold separately. Torn jeans were brought to the fashion scene during the heavy metal era of the 1980s and the grunge era of the 1990s and 2000s. Once in time, torn jeans were worn out of necessity by people struggling financially who needed to wear their jeans down to their last threads. Once brought into fashion from the 1980s and forward, the trend is running strong and shows no sign of slowing down. The fabric is made from 6% Cotton, 30% Polyester, 11% Viscose, and 3% Elastane. Elastane, also known as Spandex, is a great addition to denim when making jeans. Stretchiness in jeans is caused by the elastane. Another benefit is that elastane provides a body-hugging effect, so your jeans will not lose their shape. Polyester is both durable and resistant to abrasion, which is great for stretchy jeans. Viscose provides a breathable, silky feel. And, of course, cotton plays the biggest role in the fabric blend. Cotton is breathable, durable, and has withstood the test of time. The model is 5’8” with measurements of 31-23-34 and is wearing a size Small. The fit runs true to size.
