 Delivery Time

US orders – In stock orders are processed within 5-7 business days. The lead time for custom or made-to-order items is provided in the product description.

International orders - In-stock orders are processed within 10-15 business days and may be subject to additional transit time and customs clearance delays. The lead time for custom or made-to-order items is provided in the product description.

 As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

Shipping Rates

US orders – Free domestic shipping on Himelhoch’s fulfilled items.

Some Himelhoch’s Fashion Partners charge shipping for orders that they fulfill. Those Fashion Partners are listed in the table directly below this paragraph. Their shipping rates are provided via a hyperlink in their product descriptions, along with their processing/delivery schedules and their return policies.

UK, France, Germany and Spain orders: USD $60 Flat Rate

International orders are shipped DDU “Delivered Duties Unpaid” and international customers will be responsible for the payment of any additional associated duties and taxes. Himelhoch’s has no control over these charges and cannot predict what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country-to-country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges.

Shipping and Warranties

We are unable to ship to PO, APO, and/or FPO boxes.

All items purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Himelhoch or any Himelhoch’s Fashion Partners. Title to the items purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such items, passes to you when Himelhoch’s or any Himelhoch’s Fashion Partner delivers these items to the carrier.

Returns

Himelhoch’s accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or incorrect items in new condition within 14 days of the original delivery date for a full refund. Beauty products must be unused and unopened. Please contact [email protected] about your return. Himelhoch’s will send you a pre-paid shipping label for your return. All sales of fascinators from Cupids Millinery as well as custom or bespoke orders from other designers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 

Notice to Customers with Shipping Addresses Outside the United States: International customers are responsible for arranging their return shipment by contacting [email protected], and will be charged a return fee of USD $12.75 per order. Orders returned due to a customer's refusal to pay the associated duties and taxes will be subject to an additional restocking fee of USD $35. The outbound international shipping fee of USD $25 is not refundable. All fees will be deducted from the amount of the refund. 

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience relaxed. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion. 

For damaged or incorrect items: Please contact customer support at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery for assistance. Damaged or incorrect items will not be accepted after 14 days of original delivery date. You are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.

ALL ITEMS NOTED AS FINAL SALE, DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE (PRICE AS MARKED), GIFT CARDS, AND PERSONALIZED/MONOGRAMMED MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. IF A FASHION PARTNER DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS (I.E., ONLY AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT), THE PARTNER WILL SPECIFY THAT IN THEIR POLICY, THE LINK TO WHICH IS PROVIDED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.

How To Return or Exchange For Online Purchases:

Please send an email to [email protected] to submit your return or exchange request. You can find your order number on the confirmation email.

If your item meets the return criteria, you will be able to download and print a return shipping label via the email that we send to you.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected to ensure it is unworn, unwashed, or undamaged. If you are returning for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. If you return a purchase made with a gift card, your refund will return to your gift card. 

Inventory Errors

The inventory stored at our designers' warehouses is dynamic. We work diligently with them for accuracy on our website. If an item is unable to ship, we will immediately refund the purchase price to the customer; this customer refund is the limit of our liability in this situation.
