Shipping Policy
For all apparel, accessories, fitness, and personal-care merchandise under the Himelhoch's® brand, shipping is free worldwide. Himelhoch's coffees ship free within the United States. Other items on our website are shipped out directly from our fashion partners, who each set their own shipping policies. The partner's shipping rates will be clearly outlined in their Partner Profile, which is located in the "Shop By Brand" page.  We encourage partners to provide free shipping wherever possible.

Return Policy
For Himelhoch's® coffees, the return policy is as follows: All items must be returned new, unused, and unopened. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Returned items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer. We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience relaxed. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.

For fashions Offered Under the Himelhoch's® brand, we follow a 14-day return for undamaged/unworn goods. This means the item must be returned within 14 days of the time it is received. In general, Himelhoch's responsible for the shipping cost of the return, which will be sent directly to our manufacturer. We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience relaxed. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion. Our designers' inventories are dynamic. We work diligently with them for accuracy on our website. If an item is unable to ship, we will immediately refund the purchase price to the customer; this customer refund is the limit of our liability in this situation.

Other items on our website are managed directly by our fashion partners, who each may have a different return policy.  The partner's return policy will be clearly outlined in their Partner Profile; in the event a return is required we will assist you in working directly with the partner according to their policy.
